USBA Senior Agent Nicholas W. Fleming was involved in a tragic accident on the 9th of June 2009, and was critically injured. He sadly succumbed to his injuries and passed away on the 10th of June 2009, at approximately 5:00 pm central standard time. His family identified as Mother, Father, Brother and most tragically his young daughter “Maddy” survives Nicholas.

Senior Agent Fleming’s impressive background included serving as a Law Enforcement Officer, Fire Fighter, Emergency Medic Instructor for Wichita State University and Butler County Community College, Guardia Armored Car Officer and a highly respected former Airborne Ranger” for the United States of America with two previous successful tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Senior Agent Fleming served invaluably from 2006 to 2009 as one of the U.S. Business Authority’s Top Business and Protective Services Agents. He was instrumental in the development of USBA special projects including IBS-M1, Helo-Matrix and AiNDEE. At the time of his death, Senior Agent Fleming had just been promoted from Field Agent to Senior Agent with USBA honors.

On behalf of the U.S. Business Authority, Senior Agent Nicholas W. Flemming will be missed and always remembered as a true warrior, professional and a friend. He will be greatly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing him. The memory of his accomplishments, his kindness and his loyalty to his friends and nation will forever be impressed upon us. It is with great honor that the USBA, its members and family salute a man that was great in is endeavors and in his person.
