The U.S. Business Authority ceases all negotiations with the Subjex Corporation and immediately terminates requested partnership alliance.

USBA has ceased negotiations and terminated all on going business ventures with the Subjex Corporation (a publicly traded company on the OTC, ticker symbol SBJX) due to its founder Andrew Hyder’s failure to disclose information about Subjex Corporation relating to past lawsuits against Subjex and Mr. Hyder’s inability to meet the standards for development the company promised during the development and negotiation process.

Further investigation into Mr. Hyder and the Subjex Corporation reveals a long history of dissatisfied investors touting fraud and unethical behavior.

A Fallen Hero

USBA Senior Agent Nicholas W. Fleming was critically injured on 6/9/2009. He sadly succumbed to his injuries and passed away on the 10th of June 2009, at 5:00 pm central standard time.

Senior Agent Fleming’s impressive background included serving as a Law Enforcement Officer, Fire Fighter, Emergency Medic Instructor for Wichita State University and Butler County Community College, Senior Agent Fleming was also a highly respected former Airborne Ranger” for the United States of America with two previous successful tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Senior Agent Fleming served invaluably from 2006 to 2009 as one of the U.S. Business Authority’s Top Business and Protective Services Agents. He was instrumental in the development of USBA special projects including IBS-M1, Helo-Matrix and AiNDEE. At the time of his death, Senior Agent Fleming had just been promoted from Field Agent to Senior Agent with USBA honors.

On behalf of the U.S. Business Authority, Senior Agent Nicholas W. Flemming will be missed and always remembered as a true warrior, professional and a friend.

In-depth collaboration with stars and musical celebrities spanning Pop, Rock, Classic Rock, Urban, Country, R&B, Rap, and Hip Hop music. Some of David L. Huff's credits include original music for TV shows: NBC Nightly News, Baywatch, NBC Dateline, plus live concerts, HBO original programs, PBS specials, and TV/Radio jingles. Mr. Huff also contributed music to motion picture soundtracks: Top Gun, Where The Heart Is, Runaway Bride, Enough, Serendipity, The Program, The Big Picture, Life or Something Like That and most recently with LeAnn Rimes on the Desperate Housewives T.V. series soundtrack. Robert Epting IV has been promoted to USBA Protective Services Agent.

Mr. Robert Epting IV has been promoted to Protective Services Agent for the U.S. Business Authority and assigned to U.S. Operations.

Protective Services Agent Epting has completed Advanced Tactical Carbine, Tactical Pistol, Tactical Shotgun, X-26 and XREP Taser certification. Before joining the U.S. Business Authority, Agent Epting previously served for eight years as Security SIte Captain for Honey Well Corporation with zero incidents.

Agent Epting will be assigned and responsible for providing blanket support to designated USBA PSD Teams operating within the United States.

Internet development expert and technology research specialist German Angel has been recruited by the U.S. Business Authority, to oversee all USBA Special Projects including Project 360 Secure, IBS-M1, Operation Black Tie and Helo Matrix. Director Angel was one of the institutional internet encryption specialists originally assigned to Janet Reno's DEA Task Force, operating Black Ops projects between the U.S. Government and the country of Colombia, before later joining AIE and now the U.S. Business Authority.
